闲置支架改造为大采高综放液压支架的设计研究

摘    要:简介了将王庄煤矿闲置的支撑掩护式液压支架改造成大采高综放液压支架的成功实例,简述了其主要部件的结构改造内容。基于对液压支架可靠性和寿命的要求,对该支架进行了运动学和受力分析,并对强度校核的特性进行了研究和优化。工业性试验证明,改造的大采高综放液压支架完全符合使用要求。

Abstract:The paper briefly introduced the successful transformation of an unused supporting & shielding hydraulic support to the one used for fully-mechanized caving with large caving height,and narrated the structural transformation of main components. In view of the required reliability and lifespan of the hydraulic support,the paper carried out the kinematic and force analysis of the support,and studied and optimized the strength checking characteristics.
