摘    要:引进钢包底吹氩气控制系统,实现压力与流量的双重控制。利用智能吹氩系统对吹氩工艺进行优化,根据精炼不同时间段的精炼目的,选择4种不同的吹氩模式,制定了吹氩标准化操作的模式,指导钢水吹氩操作。

Abstract:Both pressure control and flow rate control(double control) are achieved since introduction of the argon blowing control system for the ladle.The argon blowing process is optimized by use of the intelligent argon blowing system.Four different argon blowing patterns are selected and the standard operation procedure for argon blowing is formulated in light of the refining purpose of different time quantum so as to guide the argon blowing operation.
