同步器工作的数学模型及磨损寿命

摘    要:建立了惯性式同步器接合过程数学模型.推导出了同步器接合过程的计算公式,较全面地反映了各种参数对同步器性能的影响.针对某自行火炮二、三档同步器体锥面易磨损的情况,结合试验及磨损理论,建立了同步器磨损寿命计算模型.以该同步器为例,对不同换档力下的同步时间进行了研究,并预测了其磨损寿命,为优化设计提供了理论依据.

Abstract:The mathematic model describing shift and synchronizing process was established. The universal formulas of synchronizing process were derivated, which took all parameters affecting synchronizing performance into account. Aiming at the abrasion of one synchronizer of a self-propelled gun, with experiments and the theroy of abrasion, the model of predicting the abrasion life of the synchronizer was founded. The shfting time of the self-propelled gun affected by the shifting force was studied. The abrasion life of the synchronizer was predicted. This can be used to optimum design.
