| 摘 要： | 利用智舌对某品牌茶类饮料进行区分辨识试验,初步探索智舌在茶类饮料生产企业内应用的可能性,并为在企业内部建立智舌在线实时监测系统打下基础.试验采用铂、金、钯3个电极组成的传感器阵列,在脉冲频率1、10、100 Hz3个频率下进行检测,所得的试验数据通过主成分分析对所测样品进行定性研究.结果表明:智舌能够应用于茶类饮料的区分辨识,并且传感器阵列铂(1 Hz)金(10 Hz)钯(10 Hz)的检测结果优于单一传感器检测结果.
