FSP对Mg-Zn-Nd-Zr合金高温组织与性能的影响

摘    要:选取Mg-Zn-Nd-Zr镁合金,制定三种工艺参数对它进行搅拌摩擦加工处理(FSP)。采用Olympus7.0金相显微镜观察合金FSP加工前后高温和室温的显微组织,并利用INSTRON5848 Micro Test实验机对FSP加工前后Mg-Zn-Nd-Zr合金的常温与170℃高温力学性能进行了测试。结果表明:FSP在很大程度上提高了Mg-Zn-Nd-Zr合金的室温力学性能,同时提高了该合金的热稳定性。

Abstract:Friction stir processing was applied to Mg-Zn-Nd-Zr magnesium alloy with 3 different parameters. The microstructure of the alloy under the room and high temperature was observed through the Olympus7.0 metallographic microscope, we also measured the mechan- ical properties at room temperature and 170℃ with INSTR.ON5848 Micro Test equipment. The results show that the technology of FSP not only can improve mechanical properties under the room temperature, but also can improve the heat stability.
