既有房屋改造项目中的基坑设计

摘    要:房屋改造项目中,要求在原有建筑存在的条件下,改造新建楼与楼地下室之间地下通道、大楼观光电梯等。此类项目的改造由于涉及新增地下结构设施,需要进行基坑的开挖。此类基坑一般紧贴原有地下室或基础,具有开挖面积小、支护结构和止水设计较复杂、地质条件多变的特点。以上海某酒店改造项目中新增地下联络通道、观光电梯井基坑设计为例,对该类基坑围护设计进行研究,确定了与其相适应的支护结构与止水体系。通过该项目的成功实施,证明该支护和止水设计具有良好的支护和防渗作用,达到了安全、节省、高效的预期目标,为类似工程提供经验。

Abstract:Underground passage between the basement,sightseeing elevator and other facilities are required under the existence of the original buildings and in housing reconstruction projects.Such underground structures are often near to new facilities,and need to be excavaed.Such excavation is often close to the original basement or foundation.Due to the excavation area are small,support structure and sealing design are more complex and the characteristics of geological conditions is changeable.That type of foundation pit design in a hotel renovation project in Shanghai to add underground connecting passage was investigated.The successful implementation of the project proved that the supporting and sealing design has a good effect.It achieved a safe,saving and efficient target.
