超高层建筑办公楼面竖向振动舒适度分析

摘    要:超高层建筑由于其建筑功能的需求,如办公空间的宽敞导致了楼盖跨度增大,或是由于施工速度的要求,通常采用的铜-混凝土组合楼板致使楼盖结构整体偏柔,这些因素都会导致此类楼盖可能存在竖向振动舒适度问题.对某一起高层建筑办公楼盖体系进行了竖向振动舒适度分析和评估,采取国内外较认可的频率、加速度双控标准来评估其竖向振动舒适度.先后采用了AISC规范和有限元软件对钢-混凝土组合楼板的自振频率和人行荷载下的加速度进行了计算,结果显示该工程楼盖自振频率与 加速度响应都满足我国规范的限值要求;AISC规范在组合楼盖自振频率计算方面较为可靠,而加速度响应计算偏于保守.模态分析和瞬态分析结果表明,具有悬挑部分的组合楼盖需要着重考虑悬挑楼板区域的振动影响.

Abstract:For the requirements of building function,the span of steel deck-conrete floor systems becomes larger and the weight becomes lighter to provide an ample intier space for office building and for the high speed in construction.Since the vertical vibration problems may occure in this type of floor system,this paper focuses on the floor vibration serviceability analysis and assessment of one ultrahigh-rise building for office purpose.Acceleration limit and dual-control criteria,which were approved reasonable home and aboard,were adopted in this paper.The natural frequency and acceleration responses of the composite floor were respectively calculated from the AISC standard and FEM analysis.The results show that both the natural frequency and the acceleration responses of the floor meet the limit requirement of current standards.And the computing method of natural frequency suggested by AISC was approved reliable but the acceleration responses are a little bit conservative.Both the modal and transient analysis results of FEM show that the effect of vibration should be considered in a floor structure with a suspended part.
