螺杆桩机钻杆接头强度分析及改善对策研究

摘    要:运用有限元分析软件Solidworks Simulation,对螺杆桩机钻杆内、外六方接头建立了有限元模型,在对其进行静力学分析的基础上,以两种接头的两种工况为例,进行强度和疲劳分析对比,提出了锻热淬火代替传统调质热处理的工艺,提高了零件的强度,节约了材料成本。

Abstract:Use finite element analysis of Sofidworks simulation software to build finite element models for irside and outside hexagon joints of screw pile machine's drill pipe. Take strength and fatigue analysis according to statics analysis and basing on two kinds of working conditions of two joints. Put forward technology which replaces quenching and tempering with forged-immediate quenching.Improve the strength of the parts, and save the cost of materials.
