驻车加热器燃烧室结构优化设计与仿真

摘    要:燃料在富氧混合充分的气氛中进行燃烧,是实现充分燃烧提高热效率的关键。论文在借鉴发动机燃烧技术的基础上,基于驻车加热器燃烧的特征,在对驻车加热器外部结构和外形尺寸不进行修改前提下,完成对驻车加热器的优化设计,通过利用合理的气流组织来提高加热器燃烧效率,达到降低排放污染物的目的。以此为基础在CFD上验证改进方案的可行性。

Abstract:The key of achieve full combustion to improve the thermal efficiency is flail of mixed fuel in oxygen-rich atmosphere for combustion,The design on the basis of the engine combustion technology, according to combustion theory, We have charge the stucture of the parking heater's combustion chamber without modified the external dimensions and the structure dimensions. We should reduced the discharged of pllutants when we reasonably organized the flow to improving the combustion efficiency.
