某高层住宅结构改造加固的设计分析

上海市内某住宅项目为短肢剪力墙小高层结构。根据建设方提供的新的建筑改造要求、功能变更和专业鉴定机构对原结构的抗震鉴定报告,针对原结构在结构体系及抗震构造措施等方面较现有抗震规范不满足之处进行结构加固方案的设计和分析,包括主要计算结果的对比和加固的具体做法,以满足结构在整体参数指标、单构件计算、构造要求等方面的需要。同时,也提出了其他一些加固改造的优化方法以作为今后研究的参考方向。

Design and Analysis of Structural Reconstruction and Strengthening of A High-Rise Apartment

The residential project located in Shanghai is a high-rise building with short pier shear walls.According to the reference material,such as the requirements for architectural reconstruction,functional modification and seismic appraisal report of the original structure,the design and analysis on the structural reconstruction and retrofiting were performed in this paper so as to make the structural system and seismic construction details satisfy the existing seismic code.The comparison of primary calculation results and detailed reconstruction measures were discussed in this paper to satisfy the structural overall parameters,single component calculation and construction requirements.Other optimized strengthening method was also proposed in this paper.
