摘    要:利用手持式激光扫描仪得到人头像雕塑的点云数据,通过基准点定位原理对点云数据进行拼合,经过多边形网格处理,最终实现NURBS曲面模型的重构。通过对重构模型进行偏差分析和修改,得到符合CAD/CAM要求的数字化模型。该方法能够快速地处理点云,建立复杂曲面的三维模型,满足CAM加工的要求。

Abstract:In this paper, this method can get the point cloud data through the handheld laser scanner, the data are merged by the principle of datum point positioning, after the processing of the polygonal mesh, the NURBS patches are established finally. Then make error analysis and revised again on the reconstruction, which can meet the requirements of the digital model. Point cloud data can be processed and the 3D complex model can be established quickly by this method, also can meet the application of CAD/CAM systems.
