摘    要:针对工厂法沉管预制施工工艺进行沉管结构温度场和应力场仿真分析。采用室内力学和热工试验得到混凝土材料力学参数和热学参数,考虑预制全过程各阶段变化的力学边界条件和热学边界条件,应用有限元方法建立仿真模型,得到了沉管结构温度场和应力场的发展规律。

Abstract:Started with the precast construction process of a segment of immersed tunnel,temperature and stress varying of the tube were simulated.In the numerical model,the material parameters,thermal parameters and mechanical parameters were obtained through experiment.Moreover,complex thermal boundary and mechanical boundary conditions were considered.Finally,the numerical model was used to conduct a finite element analysis,and the evolution rules of temperature and stress field were obtained.
