摘    要:随着中国经济的不断发展,建筑的高度和复杂程度不断地增加,且越来越多的建筑高度和复杂程度超出规范规定的限值.分析超限结构在地震作用下的可靠程度是一个极具意义的研究课题.运用基于性能的抗震性能研究方法,对工程实例进行小震弹性分析、时程分析、中震弹性和中震不屈服、大震弹塑性分析,从而确保结构符合“大震不倒、中震可修、小震不坏”的要求.

Abstract:With the rapid growth of China’s economy,the height and complexity of buildings are constantly increasing.Moreover,the height and the complexity of the structure are beyond the Chinese code limits.Analyzing the reliability of a structure beyond the code-specification under earthquake is a meaningful research topic.In this paper,the performance-based seismic design method was used.The results of static analysis and time history analysis under frequent earthquake,elastic design of especially important members and yielding identification analysis under medium earthquake,static pushover analysis under rare earthquake were studied,to guarantee the structure can meet the seismic fortification criterion "no collapsee under rare earthquake,repairable under medium earthquake,no damage under frequent earthquake".
