基于NURBS插补方法的五轴数控双样条曲线后处理研究

摘    要:为得到NURBS插补方法的五轴数控NC代码,在完成相应的刀具路径源文件(CLSF)生成后,分析研究其后处理方法,并通过利用UG/GRIP二次开发语言在UG软件中生成相应的NC代码,生成后的NC代码在仿真软件中能很好的显示出其加工轨迹。

Abstract:In order to receive the NC code of five-axis NC using NURBS interpolation method, it studies the postprocessing method aider completing the corresponding CLSF. It also creates the NC code in UG software using UG/GRIP. The machining process can be imitated well in imitate software after NC code created.
