摘    要:液压盘式制动器与传统的蹄式制动器相比,具有制动力矩大、制动安全可靠、水恢复性好、耐高温、耐磨、结构紧凑、维修方便等优点,因此在摩托车上应用得越来越广泛。论文分析了摩托车液压盘式制动器的工作原理、主要零部件的结构,在此基础上进行了具体车型制动器的设计。

Abstract:Hydraulic disc brake has the advantage of big brake moment, safe and reliable brake effect, high recovery capacity, good ther mostability, good wear resistant, tight constructure and easy maintenance, so it has been more and more used on motorcycle. The article de scribes the working principle of disc brake, and makes the constructure Design of it.
