带有可更换墙脚构件剪力墙的设计方法

摘    要:近年抗震设防目标逐渐从保护生命安全方面的考虑,向震后迅速恢复城市、居民正常的生活秩序方向发展。带有可更换构件结构就是在这一目标下产生的结构新形式。介绍了一种新型的带有可更换墙脚构件的剪力墙结构形式,墙脚可更换构件是新型拉压组合减震支座,由叠层橡胶垫和软钢板组合而成,叠层橡胶垫主要承受压力和剪力,钢板主要承受拉力;还建立了这种剪力墙及其可更换构件的设计原则、设计方法,以及截面验算方法,并给出了设计算例。

Abstract:Recent years has been the transition period for the objective of seismic protection from life safety protection to normal life restoration of urban residents.The structural type with replaceable member is such a new kind of structure developed for this objective.This paper introduced one new designed shear wall type with replaceable foot,which was a tension-compression rubber bearing combined with one rubber bearing and two pieces of LY225 steel plates.The rubber bearing was designed to resist the compression while the steel plate was to resist tension.The design principle,design method and section calculation method for this new shear wall and its replaceable foot were established here with a design example at last.
