装载机动臂设计及其有限元分析

摘    要:以ZL50轮式装载机工作装置动臂为研究对象,计算动臂铰点和确定动臂结构形式,完成了该装载机的动臂设计,建立动臂三维实体模型。分析动臂不同工况,利用ANSYS对其进行有限元分析。获得结构的应力分布云图及变形云图,指出了动臂中的危险点和应力集中。

Abstract:ZL50 wheel loader boom was taken research subject. The boom hinge point was calculated and the structure of the boom was determined. The design of the loader boom was completed and three-dimensional sohd model of boom was estabhshed. Different operating conditions of the boom was analysis. With the static analysis for the boom done by using ANSYS software, the structure stress responses and displacement responses were got. Danger point and stress concentration of boom was pointed out.
