圆钢管混凝土柱-多向斜交钢梁内隔板式节点数值分析

摘    要:常州润华环球中心结构复杂,存在大量多向斜交钢梁与圆钢管混凝土柱相连的节点,为研究此类节点的受力性能,利用有限元软件ABAQUS6.10在考虑材料、几何及接触等三重非线性因素的基础上对节点进行了数值分析。结果表明:内隔板式圆钢管混凝土柱-多向斜交钢梁节点能够满足"强节点、弱构件"的抗震设防要求,节点具有较高的承载能力;内隔板能有效地与钢管共同工作,提高节点的承载能力;钢梁之间的夹角对承载力的影响较小。

Abstract:Lots of joins of Changzhou Runhua Global Center are the joints of concrete filled circular steel tube column and multi-directional oblique intersecting steel beam.A nonlinear numerical analysis on the mechanical properties of the joints using the finite element analysis software ABAQUS 6.10 was performed in this investigation. The analysis results indicate that the beam-to-column joint has great strength and can meet the seismic design principles of strong joint and weak element.The inner-diaphragm which effectively works with the steel tubes can improve the load bearing capacity of the joint.The oblique angle of the beam has less influence on the strength of the joint.
