电子束氨法烟气脱硫脱硝装置的设计

摘    要:针对北京京丰热电有限责任公司的电子束氨法烟气脱硫脱硝产业化示范装置的设计特点,与建在成都热电厂和杭州协联热电有限公司的2套同类装置进行了比较。烟气调节塔和电子加速器前配置等设计,装置的脱琉设计指标较后两者有了提高;就用户比较关心的自控系统、电子加速器、翻产物收集器等工艺设备运行的可靠性、装置放大效应、X射线屏蔽防护、副产物利用等问题进行了分析及讨论。

Abstract:The design characteristics of EA-FGD industrial demonstration project in Beijing Jingfeng thermal power Co.,Ltd.was introduced in this paper,comparing with those built in Chengdu Thermal Power Plant and Hangzhou Xielian Thermal Power Co.,Ltd.respectively.The design in configuration of flue gas temperature-humidity tower and electron accelerator as well as the design index of by-product collector of Jingfeng Project has been improved.In addition,several concerned problems were discussed in detail such as the reliability of automatic control system,electron accelerator and by-product collector,the magnifying effect,the shielding measures against X-ray and the use of by-products and so on.
