聚联苯砜醚砜树脂的制备与热性能的研究

摘    要:以联-(4-氯二苯砜)和4,4'-二羟基二苯砜为单体,以环丁砜为溶剂,采用溶液法缩聚工艺制备了聚联苯砜醚砜(PESDS)树脂。采用~(13)C NMR,FTIR,DSC,TG等手段对PESDS树脂的结构进行了表征。实验结果表明,通过调节单体联-(4-氯二苯砜)相对于4,4'-二羟基二苯砜的过量摩尔比可控制PESDS树脂的特性黏度。表征结果显示,PESDS树脂分子结构中具有联苯结构单元;PESDS树脂的玻璃化转变温度达到266℃以上,属于具有优异耐高温性能和热稳定性能的非结晶性高分子材料。

Abstract:Poly(biphenyl sulfone ether sulfone)(PESDS) was synthesized using molecular design by solution polymerization with polycondensation process and cyclobutylsulfone as the solvent, and characterized by means of ~(13)C NMR,FTIR,DSC and TG.The results show that the inherent viscosity of the synthesized resin can be controlled by adjusting the monomer ratio of 4,4'-bis- [(4-chlorophenyl) sulfonyl]-1,1'-biphenyl to 4,4'-sulfonyldiphenol.The ~(13)C NMR and FTIR results indicate the presence of biphenyl structure in the polymer,which is correspond with the design.The DSC and TG results show that the polymer is an amorphous polymer with excellent high temperature resistance and outstanding thermal stability,and its glass transition temperature is higher than 266℃.
