中国润滑油企业物流管理研究

Chinese lubricant enterprises are facing a new subject of logistics management with the development of modern information technology.And the logistics management has played more and more important role in the corporate managing activities: to reduce costs,to make managing efficiency,to be close to the customers,to know exactly what the customers want,to improve their sales and the product-possession rate in the markets,get the position of competition superiority,etc.The classifications,the concrete contents and the systematization of logistics activities are analyzed in detail.At the same time,what should be paid more attention to in the procedure of carrying out logistics management in Chinese lubricant enterprises is pointed out.
