冶金企业浊循环水系统的水质控制

摘    要:冶金企业浊循环水系统的特点是水质比较脏,主工艺用过的水不仅温度升高而且悬浮物、油、氧化铁皮等杂质增加.造成水质恶化。以天津钢管公司热处理直接水系统为例,阐述了水质控制要点及如何保证浊环水系统出水水质合格采取的措施。

Abstract:The circulating muddy water system for metallurgical enterprises is characterized by dirty water that is not only in high temperature but also high in water-quality-worsened materials (e.g.suspension,oil, iron oxide scale). The direct water system of heat treatment in TPCO is taken as the example to elaborate the main points of water quality control and the measurements to ensure the water quality of circulating muddy water system.
