国产新型免处理胶辊的研制与应用

摘    要:针对大部分棉纺厂使用表面不处理胶辊纺纱时要对其表面进行微处理这一问题,分析了研发免处理胶辊的必要性和紧迫性,重点从缠绕机理、配方体系的优化及确定方面对NFR-865型胶管的研制做了详细的探讨,结合新型胶辊的特性及实验数据的分析并对比其应用效果,指出:NFR-865型胶辊具有较好的抗绕性和较广泛的适纺性,能满足免处理胶辊的技术要求,提高成纱质量,尤其在纺中、细号纱时优势明显,真正实现了国产胶辊表面不处理。

Abstract:Regarding the common problem that most of the enterprises would do some light treatment to the surface of the nontreatment cot before spinning,analysis is done to the essential and the hotness developing the treatment free cot.Highlight is given to the details probing into the development of the tube NFR-865 regarding the entangling mechanism,direction optimization and selection.Conclusion is made in conjunction with analysis of the new cot performance and the test data that the cot NFR-865is good in anti-e...
