| 摘 要： | 引 言对甲基苯甲酸 (ｐ -ｔｏｌｕｉｃａｃｉｄ)是一种重要的精细化工产品 ,广泛地用作合成医药、感光材料、农药、有机颜料等的中间体 .聚酯工业的迅猛发展 ,精制对苯二甲酸生产过程中产生了大量氧化残渣废料 ,对甲基苯甲酸是其中的一个主要组分 .出于对环境保护和对资源充分利用的目的 ,对氧化残渣进行分离回收的研究越来越受到人们的重视 .为了纯化对甲基苯甲酸 ,以及从对苯二甲酸生产过程中的氧化残渣分离提纯得到高纯度的对甲基苯甲酸 ,就要求有准确完整的溶解度数据 .然而 ,目前仅有70℃以下对甲基苯甲酸在水中的溶解度实验数据报道…

| Abstract: | By using laser monitoring technique,the solubilities of p -toluic acid in N -methyl-2-pyrrolidone, N,N -dimethylformamide, N,N -dimethylacetamide,chloroform,acetic acid and water are measured in larger temperature intervals by synthetic method.As to the solubility of p -toluic acid in water,the experimental and literature data have satisfactory consistency.Given the solubilities of p -toluic acid, a solubility model is proposed. This model is verified by experimental and literature data, and the solubilities calculated by the model show good agreement with experimental and literature data. |
