先进控制技术在有机硅装置精馏单元的应用

摘    要:针对浙江新安化工集团股份公司60 kt/a有机硅精馏装置的过程控制难点,利用浙江中控软件技术有限公司的APC-Adcon高级多变量鲁棒预测控制软件,研究开发一套先进控制系统,获得了成功应用,并取得了预期控制效果。其关键产品一甲基三氯硅烷、二甲基二氯硅烷的优等率提高到90%以上,单位产品能耗降低了8%以上。

Abstract:In order to solve the problems in the process of the rectification unit of 60 kt/a silicone in Zhejiang Wynca chemical group Co.,Ltd,an advanced control system was successfully used.It used APC-Adcon senior multivariables robust prediction control system developed by Zhejiang Supcon software Co.,Ltd.The yield of premium grade key products such as methyltrichlorosilane,dimethyldichlorosilane was improved to 90% above,and the energy consumption of per unit product reduced by more than 8%.
