| 摘 要： | 目前在国内的火力发电及冶金动力厂中,锅炉风机负荷调整主要通过调节入口档板开度来实现。由于该调节方式损失大,浪费严重,同时给机组安全运行带来隐患,所以近年来对锅炉风机推广采用变频调速运行方式,这样既可以达到节电效果,延长风机使用寿命,又能提高自动控制能力,减少风机启动过程中造成扭矩过大问题,提高运行经济性。
