新疆菱铁矿烧结试验研究

摘    要:通过对新疆菱铁矿的烧结试验研究得出:新疆菱铁矿铁品位较低,CaO质量分数超高,达到7.87%,SiO2质量分数很低,只有0.79%。因此以新疆菱铁矿为主要原料进行烧结,为达到高炉生产所需要的碱度,就需配加适量的硅石或含SiO2较高的矿粉。烧结矿燃料配比为5.2%~5.6%,转鼓指数可达到56%~57%,可用于中、小高炉冶炼。

Abstract:The experiment showed that iron grade of siderite from Xinjiang is lower and there is CaO content higher for 7.87% and SiO2 content lower only for 0.79% in it.Therefore,the sintering study to siderite as the main raw material is with additional needs amount of silica or ore containing higher SiO2 to achieve the required alkalinity of blast furnace production.Sinter can be used in small blast furnace with higher fuel consumption and drum index from 56% to 57%.
