Evaluation Methods of Chemical Biodegradation

This article introduced the definition of chemical biodegradation,the method of chemical exposure experiment in microorganism,summarized the evaluation methods of aerobic biodegradation and anaerobic biodegradation of organic matters.Finally,the degradation methods of organic pollutants with carcinogenic,teratogenic and mutagenic activities that are difficult to be biodegraded were introduced.These new degradation methods provide a reference for the degradation of pollutants.
