环保型高档家具革的生产工艺研究

本文主要对家具革生产的工艺问题及清洁生产技术等进行研究。通过采用生物酶法、无灰膨胀、低温软化等方法,充分松散胶原纤维,确保成革粒面平整和柔软耐用等使用性能;采用无毒的化工材料进行结合鞣法,以保证皮革质量和卫生性能;在生产工艺路线上进行清洁化设计,使产品既符合高档家具革的物理性质和外观质量要求,又达到了无毒无害的卫生性能要求,生产过程清洁环保。

Study on Production Technology of Environmental Protection High Grade Furniture Leather

The technology of furniture leather production and clean production technology were mainly studied in this paper.By using methods such as biological enzyme method,ash-free expansion and low-temperature softening,the collagen fibers were fully loosened to ensure smooth and soft leather grain surface and durable performance.Non-toxic chemical materials were used in combination tanning to ensure the quality and sanitary properties of the leather.Clean design was carried out on the production process route,so that the product not only met the physical properties and appearance quality requirements of high-grade furniture leather,but also met the requirements of non-toxic and harmless health performance.The production process was clean and environmentally friendly.
