接枝交联SBR改性道路沥青的研究

摘    要:通常以丁二烯和苯乙烯为单体经低温(5℃)乳液聚合的SBR为改性剂,制得的改性沥青具有优良的耐低温性能、延展性能等特点,但是,在一定量的添加范围内,其粘韧性、韧性往往达不到交通运输部JTG F40—2004《公路沥青路面施工技术规范》中聚合物SBR类改性沥青的指标要求,为此,研究开发了接枝交联SBR。进行了接枝交联SBR改性道路沥青试验,结果表明,在相同添加量试验条件下,接枝交联SBR改性沥青与未接枝的SBR改性沥青相比,其粘韧性、韧性、热储存稳定性和抗老化性等指标都有大幅度的提高。

Abstract:Generally,the modified asphalt prepared by SBR polymerization with butadiene and styrene as monomers at low temperature(5℃)is characterized by excellent low temperature resistance and ductility.However,within a certain range of addition,its viscosity and toughness often fail to meet the indexes requirements of polymer SBR modified asphalt in‘Technical Specification for Construction of Highway Asphalt Pavements’(JTG F40-2004)issued by the Ministry of Transportation.Therefore,we researched and developed grafting and crosslinking SBR,and carried out the experiments of Modified Road Asphalt by Grafted and crosslinked SBR and carried out experiments.The results show that under the same additive dosage test conditions,compared grafted and crosslinking SBR modifiedasphalt with non-grafting SBR modifiedasphalt,the former has a significant improvement in terms of viscosity,toughness,thermal storage stability and aging resistance.
