摘    要:运用形貌优化软件Tosca,以最大化全局刚度为目标,确定了油箱底部加强筋分布位置,随后集成CATIA、HyperMesh和ABAQUS多种软件于Isight软件中,运用DOE分析筋各参数对油箱变形的影响,以箱体变形最小为目标,获得满足生产工艺的加强筋参数。结果表明:加强筋参数深度H、宽度L、底部倒角R1和顶部倒角R2对油箱底部变形具有正效应,参数拔模角度T具有负效应,且深度H及宽度L对变形结果影响最大。通过软件优化,燃油箱底部变形减小了28.17%,研究结果为加强筋设计和结构参数化建模提供一定的参考价值。

Abstract:Based on the topography optimization software Tosca, taking maximize global stiffness as the goal, the distribution of rib at the bottom of the tank was determined. Integrated CATIA, HyperMesh and ABAQUS in Isight software, the influence of bead parameters on fuel tank deformation was analyzed using DOE method to get rib parameters which were met production process using minimize tank deformation as goal. The results show that the rib parameters H, L, R1, R2 have the positive effect to bottom tank deformation, the parameter T has negative effect, and the parameters H and L have the greatest influence on deformation. Bottom fuel tank deformation has decrease 28.17%.The research provides reference to fuel rib structure designing and other parts parametric modeling.
