摘    要:舒适性已经日益成为消费者购车的关键因素之一。模拟人体进出耐久测试是一种常见的座椅舒适性测试方法,目前尚缺乏统一的客观化评价参数。对行业标准中的进出耐久测试方法进行阐述,重点研究了进出耐久测试的客观评价参数及其应用,包括座椅H点变化、总成静刚度、表面变形量、侧翼刚度、体压分布、表面温度、加热垫阻值变化等参数。此研究将为行业标准的修订工作提供参考。

Abstract:Comfort has become one of the key factors for consumers to buy a vehicle. Simulated human body ingress and egress endurance test is a common method of seat comfort testing method, and currently there are no uniform objective evaluation parameters. The ingress and egress endurance test methods in the industry standard were expounded,the objective evaluation parameters and their applications in the endurance test were focused on, including seat H point change, assembly static stiffness, surface deformation, wing stiffness, body pressure distribution, surface temperature, heating pad resistance change and other parameters.The research will provide reference for the revision of industry standard.
