整车线束平台化设计研究与应用

摘    要:提出整车线束平台化设计理念,通过参与用电器端接口定义开发,以接口定义平台化为前提,从整车线束原理、原材料、布置等方面进行平台化设计。通过平台化设计,有效缩短了整车线束设计阶段开发周期,减少验证阶段问题点,实现整车线束成本管控。将线束平台化设计理念应用于某SUV车型开发,使原材料通用化率提升至81.8%,原材料种类减少21.4%,开发验证周期缩短14天,整车线束首轮装车问题点平均减少9个,整车线束成本降低46元。

Abstract:By participating in the interface definition and development of electrical terminals,and taking the interface definition platform as the premise,the platform design was carried out from the aspects of vehicle wiring harness principle,raw materials,layout,and so on.Through the platform design,the development cycle of the vehicle wire harness design stage was effectively shortened,the problem points in the verification stage were reduced,and the cost control of the vehicle wire harness was realized.Wire harness platform design concept was applied to the development of an SUV model.The universalization rate of raw materials was increased to 81.8%,the type of raw materials was reduced by 21.4%,the development and verification cycle was shortened by 14 days,the problem points of the first loading of vehicle wiring harness were reduced by 9 on average,and the cost of vehicle wiring harness was reduced by ¥46.
