服装废弃面料的二次设计与再利用研究

摘    要:由于现今快速的时尚周期导致服装产品的生命周期缩短,产生了大量的二手服装(SHC)及消费后纺织废料(PCTW)。本研究的主要内容为是创建一个有效的,可持续的,"零浪费"的服装纺织废料解决方案,通过使用、设计和生产重新利用SHC,从而实现PCTW的100%利用率。结果表明,近40%的旧衣物废物可以作为新衣服重新使用,剩余的废物可以进一步加工,以便在非服装领域中进一步使用。该解决方案提供了一个闭环供应链,可以制造新的服装产品,利用纺织废料,并从再生服装中获得额外的收入与利润。

Abstract:Due to the rapid fashion cycle, the life span of apparel products has been shortened, resulting in a large number of second-hand clothing(SHC) and post-consumer textile waste(PCTW). The main content of this study is to create an effective, sustainable,"zero waste"garment textile waste solution that reuses SHC through usage, design and production to achieve 100% utilization of PCTW. The results showed that nearly 40% of the old laundry waste can be reused as new clothes, and the remaining waste can be further processed for further use in the non-apparel sector. The solution provides a closed-loop supply chain that can create new apparel products, utilize textile waste, and generate additional revenue and profits from recycled apparel.
