驱动轴紧固控制方法研究

摘    要:驱动轴是汽车底盘动力系统中的关键零件,若拧紧驱动轴锁紧螺母后滑牙故障未被发现,会导致底盘异响、车辆抖动等非常严重的问题。分析了在某车型驱动轴装配过程中,紧固锁紧螺母时发生滑牙故障的原因,通过增加拧紧机转角监控策略及驱动轴拉拔工装,能够避免拧紧驱动轴锁紧螺母时出现滑牙故障,为提高汽车驱动轴装配质量提供了一个可行的方法。

Abstract:The driving shaft is a key part of the power system of an automobile chassis.If the sliding tooth fault is not found after tightening the locking nut of the driving shaft,it will lead to abnormal chassis noise,vehicle vibration and other very serious problems.The cause of slippage failure occurred when the lock nut was tightened during the assembly of the drive shaft of a certain vehicle was analyzed.By adding tightening machine corner monitoring strategy and the driving shaft drawing fixture,the sliding tooth fault can be avoided when tightening the driving shaft lock nut,which provides a feasible method to improve the assembly quality of the driving shaft.
