摘    要:差速器是汽车主减速器总成的重要构成部分,主要由差速器壳和被动盆齿轮及一些轴承行星齿轮组装而成。主流差速器壳和被动盆齿轮间通过螺栓连接,加工工序多,质量比较大,特别是螺栓头露出盆齿背部平面形成一定凸起,在车辆高速运转过程中容易在凸起部位甩动主减齿轮润滑油,增加转动阻力,造成发动机油耗上升、主减速器润滑油温较快上升、主减传动系统效率降低。应用激光焊接差速器壳和盆齿轮,没有了连接螺栓,省去了零件螺纹孔加工,还可以对差速器壳及盆齿轮较厚部位进行减薄减重设计。检测激光焊前后样件,差速器各轴承位置的跳动量没有扩大,主动及被动齿轮间的啮合间隙值也没有扩大,总成疲劳及静扭试验符合设计标准,新产品减重效果明显,主减速器传动系统的传动效率提升明显。

Abstract:Differential is an important part of automobile.It is composed of differential case and gear and pinion-differential.Current popularly differential case and gear is mainly connected by bolts.This way causes machining process become more and higher weight.Bolts causes oil splash,so the resistance of engine becomes big.The big resistance causes high fuel consumption,high lubrication oil temperature rise,low drive system efficiency.Laser welding was used on connection of differential case and gear.Then bolts and threaded hole machining were canceled.Thinning and weight reduction design was made for thicker part of the differential case and gear.By checking the samples before and after laser welding,the jerk value of bearing position of differential is not changed and the backlash of the gear set is not changed.By testing,the fatigue of the axle and the static torsion of the axle match standard.The weight of the new product is obviously reduced.The efficiency of the axle obviously becomes higher.
