吡噻菌胺关键中间体的制备研究进展

摘    要:总结了文献报道的吡噻菌胺关键中间体1-甲基-3-三氟甲基-1H-吡唑-4-甲酸的制备工艺路线和合成方法。1-甲基-3-三氟甲基-1H-吡唑-4-甲酸主要由三氟乙酰乙酸乙酯进一步反应得到,主要有6条合成路线,其中三氟乙酰乙酸乙酯路线工艺简单、反应条件温和、原料易得等特点,适合工业化生产。

Abstract:The preparation process and synthesis method of 1-methyl-3-trifluoromethyl-1 H-pyrazole-4-carboxylic acid,a key intermediate of penthiopyramine,were summarized in the literature.1-methyl-3-trifluoromethyl-1 H-pyrazole-4-carboxylic acid is mainly obtained by further reaction of ethyl trifluoroacetoacetate,and there are mainly six synthetic routes,wherein the ethyl trifluoroacetoacetate route is simple.It has the characteristics of mild reaction conditions and easy availability of raw materials,which is suitable for industrial production.
