基于ABAQUS的后副车架结构分析及优化

摘    要:副车架作为整车系统中重要的零部件,对于整车而言,既是安全件,又是承载件,起到承上启下的作用,因此,其强度和刚度的分析就显得尤为重要。在副车架开发过程中,由于其受力的复杂性,原来的理论计算无法满足现代汽车开发要求。借助CAD、CAE技术对副车架进行强度及支架刚度分析,并基于CAE的分析结果进行结构优化,最终建立合理的结构设计方案。

Abstract:As an important part of the whole vehicle system,the subframe is not only a safety part,but also a load-bearing part.Therefore,its strength and stiffness analyses are particularly important.In the development process of subframe,due to the complexity of its stress,the original theoretical calculation obviously can not meet the requirements of modern automobile development.With the aid of CAD/CAE technology,the strength and support stiffness of the subframe were analyzed,and the structural optimization was carried out based on the results of CAE analysis.Finally,a reasonable structural design scheme was established.
