摘    要:为了减少汽车碰撞安全法规C-NCAP中的整车偏置碰撞试验ODB64对后排假人胸部的伤害,通过对第二排女性假人进行受力分析,和座椅泡沫刚度试验、安全带织带的拉伸试验、静态卷收器芯轴织带环绕拉出试验以及整车偏置碰撞试验,完成了仿真和试验的对标分析,并在仿真模型中改进了约束系统的限力装置,使假人的胸部伤害得到了较大改善,提高了该MPV车型后排乘员的安全保护性能。

Abstract:In order to reduce rear dummy chest injury in vehicle offset impact test ODB64 of C-NCAP regulations,through seat foam stiffness test,safety belt tensile test,static coiler mandrel weaving pullout test and vehicle offset crash test,benchmarking analysis was completed,the restriction system of safe belt limitation facility in simulation model was improved.The results show that the dummy chest injury decreases a lot and the safety protection performance of the MPV vehicle for rear row passengers is improved.
