催化油浆增产重交道路沥青的研究

摘    要:为有效利用齐鲁分公司催化油浆(FCC油浆),以FCC油浆作为添加剂,以沙特重质原油和沙特中质原油为混合原料制备重交道路沥青,研究了FCC油浆掺炼的最优终馏温度、最优掺炼比例以及对釜底渣油性能的影响。结果表明,以FCC油浆作为添加剂,以沙特重质原油和沙特中质原油为混合原料,制备重交道路沥青的最优终馏温度为580℃,最优掺炼比例为5%。采用FCC油浆增产重交道路沥青,不仅拓宽了FCC油浆的应用范围,而且大大提升了FCC油浆的附加值。

Abstract:In order to use the fluid catalytic cracking slurry oil(FCC slurry oil)of Qilu Branch company effectively,we prepare heavy-traffic road asphalt with FCC slurry oil as additive,with Saudi heavy crude oil and Saudi medium crude oil as mixed raw materials.The optimal final distillation temperature,optimal mixing ratio,effect on bottom residue oil performance of FCC slurry oil are studied.The results show that the optimal final distillation temperature is 580℃ and the optimal addition ratio is 5%to prepare heavy-traffic road asphalt using FCC slurry oil as additive.Using FCC slurry oil as a additive to prepare heavy-traffic road asphalt not only broadens the application scope,but also improves the added value of FCC slurry oil.
