超音速喷涂含氟化物涂层工艺研究

摘    要:在航空发动机设计中,正确地选择和使用涂层对保证和提高机件的可靠性、耐久性和寿命至关重要。本文简要介绍了刷式密封及超音速喷涂机理及特点,阐述了超音速喷涂含氟化物的碳化铬/镍铬自润滑耐磨涂层的工艺方法,对含氟化物的碳化铬/镍铬涂层进行结合强度试验、热震试验、硬度测定和金相分析。结果表明,超音速喷涂含氟化物的碳化铬/镍铬涂层的层间氧化物含量和孔隙率低、组织致密、结合强度高,能显著提高刷式密封的封严效果。

Abstract:It is important for the reliability,lasting and life span of aero engine when it is in design. This paper introduces the mechanism and characters of the HVOF and illustrates the methods of fluorine high velocity spraying-chrome carbide/nickel-chromium of self-lubricating and abrasion resistant coating. The fluorine chromium carbide composite coating was tested through the bond strength,hardness,thermal shock resistance and metallographic analysis. The results indicated that high velocity coating make sealing effective with lower porosity,compact structure and higher bonding strength.
