蒽类电致发光材料研究进展

摘    要:有机电致发光二极管显示技术与液晶、等离子等平板显示技术相比具有很多优势及市场竞争力,被称为第三代显示技术。在这一研究领域,发光材料一直是关注的焦点。由于蒽类化合物具有刚性结构、宽能隙和高荧光量子效率的优点,到目前为止,研究者已开发了大量的蒽类发光材料。本文主要按照材料结构与性能特点分类对其研究进展进行了综述。并提出了进一步开发蒽类新发光材料的思路。

Abstract:Organic Light-emitting Diode(OLED), possessing many kind of advantages, and market competitive potentials over LCD and PDP et al, is called the third generation display technology. In the OLED research filed, the light-emitting materials are always being focused on. Since anthracene derivatives have rigid structure, wide energy gaps and high fluorescent quantum efficiency, a great deal of anthracene-based electroluminescent mate-rials have been developed till now. The progress of anthracene-based electroluminescent materials is reviewed according to the molecular structures and light-emitting properties. The research ideas on new anthracene-based electroluminescent materials are also suggested.
