巷道围岩预注浆防突水技术研究

摘    要:根据岩土有效应力作用原理, 分析了动水压力和岩体接触压力间的本构关系, 提出了巷道掘进中围岩预注浆防突水控制方案对策。并对止浆岩柱厚度、布孔、注浆参数、工艺等进行了理论分析和工业性试验, 经堵水率、围岩物化特性、力学参数等分析对比, 认为围岩预注浆控制方案具有技术可行、经济合理、安全可靠等特点, 为布孔设计提供了理论和实践依据, 具有实用价值。

Abstract:According to the working principle of effective stress, the constitutive relation between dynamic water pressure and rock contact pressure has been analyzed. Countermeasures have been put forward for preventing water inrush during pre-grouting of wall rock in roadway excavation. Theoretical analyses and industrial tests have been made of the width of water-prevention rock pillar, arrangement of holes, grouting parameters and grouting technique. According to the analysis of water-blocking rate, physical and chemical properties of wall rock, mechanical parameters the countermeasures for controlling water inrush in wall rock pre-grouting are considered technically feasible, economical, safe and reliable. It provides a theoretical and practical basis for the design of hole arrangement, having practical values.
