| 摘 要： | 针对离散制造企业特点和物流系统需求,研究物流系统设计,运用系统分析、经验分析以及案例分析方法,提出了以客户需求为导向,以能力分析为基础,逆序、拉动式的设计程序,给出了具体的分析方法,进行了实证分析.

| Abstract: | Focused on characteristics of discrete manufacturing enterprises and their logistics demands, the article researches the design work of logistics system. The system analyses, experience analyses and case analyses are applied. Such design program should be guided with customer demand and on the basis of capability analyses. The mode of design is negative sequence and pull-type. At last, the dissertation puts forward the detail analysis methods, and gets the results of demonstration analysis. |
