基于dsPIC的电弧故障检测装置

摘    要:在分析故障电弧特征的基础上,利用Matlab对故障电弧波形进行3次B样条小波分解。经分析得m,可利用第4尺度下的细节分量最大值作为判断故障电弧发生的依据。在实物设计中,以dsPIC为核心搭建了电弧电流采样硬件电路、继电器控制硬件电路,编写Mallat小波分解算法程序、故障判断程序等,设计了一个基于dsPIC的电弧故障检测系统。最后,搭建了串联电弧故障模拟试验电路,并以电水壶为典型负裁对系统的功能进行测试。通过试验,验证了系统对于电弧故障识别的有效性。

Abstract:On the basis of analyzing the characteristics of arc fault, did the cubic B-spline wavelet decomposition to the arc fault waveform by using the Matlab software. Through the analysis, a conclusion was get using the maximum value of the details of the component waveform in fourth scales as a characteristic value that can be used to judge the arc fault. In physical design, made dsPIC as the core of the detection system, build the arc current sampling hardware circuit and relay control circuit, writes wavelet decomposition algorithm procedures and fault diagnosis procedures, etc. Finally, built a simulation test circuit of series arc fault, and then test the function of the system with kettle load. Verified by experiment, the design of the control systenl can basically meet the design requirements.
