基于改进BP神经网络的锅炉结渣预测模型

摘    要:基于人工神经网络的改进BP算法,建立了大型燃煤锅炉对流受热面积灰结渣状况的预测模型。根据所建立的BP网络模型,对某电厂700MW机组锅炉的再热器进行了分析和计算,结果表明该模型可以准确地预测锅炉对流受热面的结渣状况,从而为优化吹灰提供指导。

Abstract:The prediction model of slagging condition on the convection heating surfaces of large coal-fired boilers is built based on the improved BP algorithm. According to the BP network model, the analysis and calculation on the reheater of a 700 MW boiler are conducted. The results show that the model can accurately predict the slagging condition of the convection heating surfaces of boilers and thus provides guidance for sootblow optimization.
