| Abstract: | By discussing analysis model of input and output for talent resources,the pnper constructs dependency relationship between every department in the society and university education,so as to offer quantitative information for rational flow of social fund and founding of educational investment structure,and quantitative analysis result for rational share of education expense, as well as correct decision reference for education fairness. |
