摘    要:用TEM观察到了莫来石短纤维/ZL109复合材料基体与纤维界面存在氧化膜,并且通过分析证明该氧化膜为γ-Al2O3。

Abstract:WT5BZ]The existing of the oxide film in the interface between the fibre and matrix in the mullite short fibre reinforced ZL109 composite has been proved by TEM, and it has also been showed by TEM that the crystal structure of the oxide film is gama Al 2O 3.
