| 摘 要： | 针对当前自然灾害频发的现状和电力应急通信实际需求，在电力应急通信网络需求分析的基础上，提出了电力系统应对灾害的应急通信网络总体结构框架，设计了基于WiMAX和应急通信车等无线通信方式的网省电力公司与地、市级电力公司（变电站）之间的应急通信网络。利用评价模型对该网络的抗毁性能进行分析，同时探讨了该应急通信网络在实际应用中可能出现的问题，并计算了该网络在实际应用中的抗毁性误差。
