摘    要:对刚果(金)某含碳硫化铜矿进行了浮选试验研究,考察了磨矿细度、浮选工艺、起泡剂种类及用量对含碳硫化铜矿浮选效果的影响。结果表明,抑碳-浮铜或者预先脱碳-浮铜工艺会降低铜精矿中回收率; 适当降低磨矿细度有利于降低生产成本; 浮选指标相近时,新型起泡剂GYG用量是2#油用量的50%,以GYG为起泡剂,闭路试验可获得铜品位27.13%、回收率77.99%的铜精矿。

Abstract:An experimental study was conducted on the flotation of the carboneous copper sulfide ore from DRC, and the influence of grinding fineness, flotation process, frother type and dosage on its flotation performance was investigated. The results show that the Cu recovery of copper concentration can be reduced by adopting a carbon depression and copper flotation process or a pre-decarburization and copper flotation process. It is conducive to reduction of production cost by appropriately decreasing the grinding fineness. Similar beneficiation indexes can be achieved by using the new frother GYG with a half dosage of 2# oil. It is shown a copper concentrate grading 27.13% Cu at 77.99% recovery can be collected in the closed-circuit test.
